About Josh

Joshua Jones is no stranger to the life of ministry. It was in his early years at his father’s Community Baptist Church in North Carolina that there was a stirring in Joshua’s heart toward the Lord. At the age of 18, Joshua made the commitment to fully surrender his life to Christ.
From 2004-2008, he served as an intern and was discipled under Bishop Tony Miller, where he met his wife Lindsey Miller. Joshua and Lindsey have been married since 2011. They are the proud parents of 2 children; Their son, Honor Jase and their daughter Saylor North. His family is the greatest joy of his life.
In 2008, Joshua and Lindsey were established as the lead Pastors over Student Ministries at the Gate Church, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. They have seen God do amazing things in their ministry as well as see a passionate outbreak of God’s love in youth and college age students. Seeing weekly miracles and confessions of faith in the lives of those they lead at The Gate church is not uncommon. His desire is to see churches called out of normalcy and complacency and into the fullness of which God intended for them. Revival and the glory of God has transformed his life. He is jealous to see believers delivered from religious systems and to find their home in God's Kingdom family. The desire to experience God’s presence and power is great in Joshua’s heart.
He is a passionate young man who believes in challenging the body of Christ to settle for nothing less than what Christ has promised. His life motto, “The life of Christ isn’t a made-up lifestyle but rather it’s the life that you were MADE FOR!”
